A new support system called “Support Chance” was implemented in The Cave Room, likewise Telephone of Life during DERO! era, so people in the Support Room could help the players in some way.
Kazuhiro Kiyohara performed a successful comeback scenario in The Cave Room. After both of his teammates Masayasu Wakabayashi and Suzanne failed in the first cave, he eventually made three consecutive correct answers and then cleared the Trial of Lithographs by himself.
After clearing The Mummy Room, Kazuhiro tried to unwrap himself from the bandage. Therefore, the machine couldn’t reverse properly and became stuck. Eventually he couldn’t escape on his own and the staff had to help him off-screen to untangle the bandage.
Ryo Nishikido, Shingo Murakami and Peter in The Floor Room became the first team in the episode who passed the quizzes together but still failed the Trial of Downhill. Normally since the question only have three choices, the third person would clear the trial if the first two picked the wrong one. But in this trial, Peter fell down when trying to reach the bottom platform, and Ryo and Shingo picked the wrong options.
Ryo Nishikido became the fastest player to clear the Final Trial in the series. He managed to carry Becky to the safe zone before any of the last eight vertical wooden blocks even appeared. In fact, this episode was the second time he appeared in the show; the first one was on August 17th, 2011 broadcast, and on that episode he also managed to clear the Final Trial carrying Shingo Murakami. Therefore, his record became 2/2 with 100% success rate, the highest success rate of multiple Final Trial in the series.
