じゃんけん大会本戦で、選抜入りを果たすことができなかった兒玉・田中・宮脇・朝長の4人。

選抜入りを果たせなかった場合の指令は
・兒玉 遥…「早口言葉を言い切るまで毎日動画を配信し続けよ！」
・田中菜津美…「劇場公演にてキャッチフレーズを期間限定ボス仕様でご挨拶せよ！」
・宮脇咲良…「応援してくれたファンの方への感謝の気持ちと抱負を400字詰め原稿用紙3枚で提出せよ！」
・朝長美桜…「モバイルサイトで募集した恥ずかしい萌えフレーズを動画で3本配信せよ！」
という内容。

指令の実行が決定し、自称 HKT48 じゃんけん大会 応援隊長の坂口理子が4人のもとへ…。

“AKB48 34th Single Rock-Paper-Scissors Contest ~The road to becoming a selected member~”
Kodama, Tanaka, Miyawaki, and Tomonaga, the 4 who could not become selected members through the Rock-Paper-Scissors Contest.
The commands given to the 4 are as follows
・Haruka Kodama…”Stream videos every day until you can say all of the tongue twisters!”
・Natsumi Tanaka…”Say your catch phrase at the theater performance in a limited time boss version!”
・Sakura Miyawaki…”Turn in a 3 page 1200 word paper stating your goals and appreciation for the fans who have supported you!”
・Mio Tomonaga…”Stream videos of 3 embarrassing phrases recruited from the mobile site!”
The execution of these commands are in action and Riko Sakaguchi, who names herself as the Rock-Paper-Scissors Contest Support Chief, goes to support the 4!
