土魷浸水4小時,剁碎, 薑剁碎,肥肉剁碎,豬肉剁碎, 1茶匙鹽, 1茶匙糖 , 1茶匙生抽,1茶匙老抽 ,1茶匙米酒 ,拌勻, 加入薑茸土魷肥肉拌勻,2茶匙生粉,拌勻,加1湯匙油拌勻,攤薄,水滾落鑊大火蒸9分鐘.
pork shoulder butt 450g, dried squid 30g,ginger 10g.
steps:
soak the dried squid for 4 hrs then mince.
mince ginger , mince fat pork, mince the lean pork, 1 tsp salt,1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce,1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp cooking wine, mix well, add in ginger, dried squid, fat pork & mix well
2 tsp starch, mix well, 1 tbsp oil mix well, make the patty thin, steam for 9 mins over high heat.
