歌詞がなかなか書けず、事務所が入っているビルの喫茶店に長時間籠もって完成させた思い出があります。やっと「YES抱きしめて」のサビ1行目が浮かんだ時、なんだか言葉の意味をうまく説明できないけど勢いがあるから決めた！っていう、、。

更に、歌入れも結構苦労して何度も何度もトラックを録りましたね。ミックスダウンの時に自分で思っている以上に歌がまとまっていたので苦労が報われた思いでした。

そして更に！

MV撮影当日にスタジオに行くと監督が開口一番「服、脱いで貰うからね」ってキラリ✨️と歯が光ったのを見逃しませんでした(^^;)

この撮影も何度もカットを重ね、撮られている僕は最後まで仕上がりのイメージが分からないままに終えたのですが、後日完成品を見に行くと、これまた映像にドライブ感があって格好良いビデオになった！とスタッフ一同で喜んだのでした(^^)

というか、現場では「一体どう編集されるのか？？」という事を我々は誰もイメージできていなかったんですよねw

ひたすら一生懸命な時代でした。

I had a hard time writing the lyrics, and I remember sitting in a coffee shop in the office building for a long time to finish it. When I finally came up with the first line of the chorus of “YES Dakishimete”, I couldn’t explain the meaning of the words well, but I decided because it had momentum! That’s what I mean.

Furthermore, I had a lot of trouble recording the track over and over again. During the mixdown, the song came together better than I thought, so I felt that my hard work had paid off.

And even more!

When I went to the studio on the day of the MV shooting, the first thing the director said at the opening was, “You’ll be asked to take off your clothes.”(^^;)

This shooting was cut many times, and I finished without knowing the image of the finished product until the end, but when I went to see the finished product at a later date, there was a sense of drive in the video. It turned out to be a cool video! I was pleased with all the staff (^^)

Or rather, at the site, none of us could imagine “How on earth will it be edited?”

It was a time of hard work.
