Ravi is an ardent cinephile, but his mother believes that school comes first. Ravi can only escape to the movies in secret. Seven days away from the examination when Ravi finds a video camera, he decides to make his own Bollywood film with his friends, despite the struggle against time and his busy school schedule, while discovering something about a side of his mother and friends which he never knew.

Through the conflict between ideal and reality, this film balances humour with life lessons to tell us an important story.
