Claudio Scimone and I Solisti Veneti
Born in Padua, Claudio Scimone has conducted the Philarmonia and the Royal Philharmonic of London, the Orchestras of the French Radio in Paris, the New York Mostly Mozart Orchestra and the New Japan Philharmonic of Tokyo, the English Chamber Orchestra, the Sydney Symphony, the Salzburger Mozarteum Orchestra and many others, from Toulouse to Strasburg, and from Montreal to Ottawa, Houston and Dallas. In 1959 , he established in Padua the Group of I Solisti Veneti, that are going to celebrate during 2009 their 50th anniversary. I Solisti Veneti, are one of the most popular Italian chamber orchestra in the world.

During the last fifty years, they have exported Venetian and Vivaldi music in the whole world, having performed 5000 concerts in more than 80 countries and having taken part in the main international festivals. Furthermore, their discography is impressive, comprising more than 350 titles for the most important record companies in the world. In 1980, for the historic record of "L'Italiana in Algeri" by Rossini, Claudio Scimone and I Solisti Veneti received the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. In their career, the Solisti Veneti have performed in the most important music shrines - from La Fenice Theatre in Venice to New York's Theatre - and with the most famous names of classical music - from Salvatore Accardo to Uto Ughi, from Itzhak Perlman to Sergei Nakariakov. In their 15th anniversary, I Solisti Veneti have been awarded with a gold medal for merits in school education, art and culture by the Italian Republic government and the European Parliament honored them with an official plaque where they are praised as "ambassador of culture and music over the boundaries".

Riccardo Tamai
Born in Padua, he began his studies at the Conservatory (Academy of Music) "Cesare Pollini" in Padua. He received his diploma at the Conservatory "A. Steffani" (Castelfranco Veneto - Treviso). He perfected his techniques by studying at the "Academy of Guitar Interpretation Francisco Tàrrega" in Pordenone for four years. He also attended several masterclasses held by internationally-renown artists such as Masters David Russel and Manuel Barrueco. In Summers of 2009 and 2010 Master Tamai obtained the Diploma with Merit from the prestigious "Chigiana Academy" in Siena, in the class held by Master Oscar Ghiglia. Since Autumn 2009, he has had a number of experiences abroad, playing concerts and giving classes in United States, Europe (Spain, Austria, Switzerland, France) and Asia (Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Canton).
