Stir frying vegetables:

Ingredients:
Tri~colour bell pepper half No. per each
Jade beans 1 bunch
Okra 1 pack
Onion 1 No.
Carrot 1 No.(About 0.5 catty)
Cauliflower 0.5 catty
Coriander
Green onion

Preparation:
1. Okra, add in 0.5 tsp of cooking salt, soak in tap water.
2. Cauliflower, dice in small cubes, soak with okra in tap water.
3. Carrot, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water.
4. Onion, divide it into 4 shares. Get it peeled.
5. Jade beans, cut both ends. Divide each into 2 shares.
6. The bell peppers, divide each into 2 shares. Remove seeds. Rinse with tap water.
7. Okra, cut anchors. Divide each into 2 shares.
8. The bell peppers, cut in small pieces.
9. The carrot, divide it into 2 shares vertically. Thinly slice.
10. Onion, rinse with tap water. Tear it slice by slice.
11. Jade beans, rinse with tap water.

Steps:
1. Heat up 0.5 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. Add in 1 tsp of garlics. Fry well.
3. Add in cauliflower, carrot and beans, fry well. Add in 50ml of tap water. Cover up the wok and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add in onion and the peppers, fry well.
5. Add in okra, fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add in 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, fry well. Fry for 2 minutes.
7. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
