Patrick Dempsey is an American actor. The man is mostly known for his role as Dr. Derek Shepherd on the hit medical drama Grey’s Anatomy. Dempsey left the series in 2015 after more than 10 years. The actor has earned both a Screen Actors Guild Award and a People’s Choice Award for his work on the show. He also appeared in Sweet Home Alabama, Lucky 7, Enchanted, Made of Honor, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Bridget Jones’s Baby, The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair, and more. In addition to his acting career, Patrick is known to be a very talented racer. He has a big collection of vintage cars and he has taken part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans several times. Rocky Parker
1986 – 1994
Rocky Parker became the first public girlfriend and then the first wife of the actor. The two worked on the movie In the Mood, she was his manager, and their relationship started immediately there. In 1987, Patrick went down the aisle with Parker. He was 21 and she was 48. Their relationship was strong and bright, but after seven years of their marriage, the two decided to call it quits and got divorced.
Jillian Dempsey (Fink)
1998 – present time
Then, four years later, the actor met his one and only. Hairstylist and makeup artist Jillian Fink became his new girlfriend. Dempsey and Jillian first met in 1994 when the actor made a haircut appointment at Fink’s L.A. hair salon, Delux. The couple started their romance back in 1998 and in 1999 they tied the knot. In their marriage, the two welcomed three kids: their daughter named Talula Fyfe was born on February 20, 2002, and their twin sons Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen appeared on February 1, 2007. Looking at their relationship, which lasts more than two decades, we can say that this is an exemplary family. Their social media is filled with cute family photos and they look really tender and sweet. But, at one point, there were big disagreements in the family. In 2015, Jillian decided to file for divorce. The reason for her decision is still unknown. However, a year later, in 2016, the couple resolved all their problems and issues and renewed the relationship.
