「乱輪舌」

　八橋検校（1614〜1685）作曲の箏器楽曲で、段物の一つです。
「輪舌」の本来の意味は雅楽の奏法からきたもので、本格の演奏法に対して、破格の演奏法をいいます。「六段の調」などの段物は、各段の拍子数が52拍子と一定であるのに対して、この曲は各段不定であり、段が進むにつれて次第にテンポを速め、時により不規則に変化していきます。
山田流箏曲と生田流箏曲ともに演奏されますが、山田流では１２段、生田流では１０段に段の分け方が違います。
本演奏は、山田流の乱輪舌(Midarerinzetsu)から抜粋演奏で、小鼓、能管による即興風なアレンジになっています。

Midarerinzetsu ~Midare~

It is a koto instrumental piece composed by Yatsuhashi Kengyo (1614-1685) and is one of the steps.
The original meaning of “Rinzetsu” comes from the playing style of gagaku, which is an exceptional playing style as opposed to the full-scale playing style. In the case of “Rokudan no Shirabe”, the number of beats in each stage is constant at 52, whereas in this song, the tempo is indefinite, and the tempo gradually increases as the stage progresses. It will change to the rules.
It is performed in Yamada style koto and Ikuta style koto, but it is divided into 12 stages in Yamada style and 10 stages in Ikuta style.
This performance is an excerpt from the Yamada style Midarerinzetsu, and is an improvisational arrangement by Kotsuzumi and Nohkan.
