Welcome to Part 2 of my beauty talk with my mother!

As time seems to pass faster and faster these days, I’ve been making a conscious effort to spend more quality time with my mom. We argue plenty, but we also make up just as quickly. She’s a truly special presence in my life.

In this episode, we put our beauty philosophies into practice by doing each other’s makeup while sharing our thoughts on beauty, style, and self-expression. Listening to her talk about the things she cares about, I found myself discovering sides of her I had never really known before—even now. It was a reminder that there’s always something new to learn about the people closest to us.

There’s something about doing makeup together that naturally opens up conversation, and we even ended up discussing ideas for future projects we’d love to explore.
