🥥 method
1. Boil the water and pour in the appropriate amount of sago (about 25g sago), boil for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and braise for 5 minutes, soak the boiled sago in cool water and set aside
2. Heat 200g coconut milk, 150g milk and 40g sugar in a saucepan over low heat and stir well (do not boil!). Then turn off the heat and add the 10g gelatine tablets softened in advance. Stir well and set aside
3. Pour the sago into the mold, then pour the coconut milk, and refrigerate for more than 3 hours
🥥做法
1.水煮沸倒入适量西米(西米25g左右),大火煮15分钟后关火再焖5分钟,煮好的西米露泡凉水备用
2.锅中倒入200克椰浆、150克牛奶、40克糖小火加热搅拌均匀(不要煮沸哦!),然后关火加入提前软化好的10克吉利丁片搅拌均匀备用
3.先把西米倒入模具,再倒入椰奶,冷藏3个小时以上即可~
