幼少期にTLCのMUSIC VIDEOを見て
黒人独特のGROOVEに衝撃を受け
BLACK MUSIC、HIPHOPの虜になり
小学3年から独学でダンスをはじめる。
2012年上京。東京で日々ストリートでダンスを磨く。そして、NYやL.A.にも渡米し本場のカルチャーやダンスを学んだ後、2016年BAD YUM (ダンスチーム)を結成。
個人、チームで数々のバトルやコンテストの大会で受賞歴を勝ち取り、東京のみならず中国でも優勝を果たす日本人フィメールHIPHOPを代表するダンサーである。
現在は、ゲストショーケース出演、審査員、インストラクター、コレオグラファー(振付師)、ミュージックビデオ出演、TVドラマ出演、またMC、イベントオーガナイザー(主催)として、あらゆる場面で活躍している。
見た人に笑顔とパワーを与えるヒップホップダンサー。エネルギッシュなフリースタイルが武器。身体から溢れるパッションはピカイチである。

MARI saw the video for TLC’s “Waterfalls” when she was a child.
She was shocked by the unique GROOVE of the song and the way TLC danced.
She became a huge fan of American R&B and HIPHOP and the culture of dance and fashion the music inspired.
Mari taught herself to dance from the 3rd grade of elementary school.
After studying dance and culture in NY and L.A., Mari moved to Tokyo in 2012,
In 2016, She formed the BAD YUM dance team.
Mari has won numerous Japanese and international dance battles and contests both as an individual and as part of a team. At the present day, Mari is one of the leading Japanese female HipHop dancers.
Mari is currently active as a guest showcase performer, judge, instructor, choreographer, music video performer, TV drama performer, MC, and event organizer.
Mari is a hip-hop dancer who brings smiles and power to anyone who watches her perform. Her energetic passion for the music is unmatched.
